I’m back again with another Edition of Let’s Talk Gunpla! We are hearing recently on the new announcement of new P Bandai Gunpla’s and today we are going to touch on some of the things that was announced.
Just so you guys know P Bandai kits usually means it’s gon’ be expensive. T_T
The Nightmare of Solomon Gunplas.

Anavel Gato is a very well-liked / Loved character in Universal Century lore. His undying sense of honour and duty really hits a chord with a lot of anime fans, so it wasn’t a surprise that there will be kits made in honour of this character but what I find surprising is that all these kits is released in the P Bandai form…..
Tho i do believe that some of it should be released as a normal kits instead. >.<
- HG Gato’s Gelgoog

By far this is the most mediocre hg kits out there. I must admit the only real reason I would probably get this one is because I could possibly pair it together with the MG version of this kit and because the rifle is looking awesome too. I can see that from this kit it is based from the HG MS-14A/C/S Gelgoog.

If they were to remaster this Gelgoog to its 2.0 version then I probably buy this kit. Regardless, I really wish they released this as a normal HG kit instead of making it to P Bandai series
- HG 1/144 MS-09RS Anavel Gato’s Rick Dom

This however is something that I really looking forward to, I really had fun building HG Rick Dom kit. The kit itself looks awesome (the original kit that is) and I was pleasantly surprised with this kit’s announcement.

Except for the colour, I do think that this is going to be a cracking kit to build. I remember having fun going at this kit when it was first released. So, rebuilding this kit again is something that I really looking forward to. Again, when I was going through this kit, I do have the same feeling as when I saw the Gelgoog. This should instead be a normal release instead as a P Bandai item.
- MG 1/100 MS-06R-1A Zaku II Anavel Gato’s Custom Mobile Suit

This however is something that I think worth having as a P Bandai item. I love building the Zaku II 2.0 kits. It is to me one of the most technical kit and one that really takes a lot of time and patience to make. I have made 3 similar kits 1 is a P Bandai Zaku, and I always had a splendid time with em.
I admit it really doesn’t had much to offer as compared to the other ones that I have shown here. But this kit does seem to be a worthwhile investment for those that is a zaku collector. As well I really think for those that haven’t gotten around to build a Zaku II 2.0 and really have a lot of money lying around, this kit is a must own.
Being said still, I’m still a bit thorn on this one. One side of me feels like this would be the same old kit, it would be fun to make but that’s mostly it and another side of me feels really I should get this as a collector. Regardless, I’m looking forward to it being in the wild soon.

So that is all for this edition’s Let’s Talk Gunpla vol.2 Do think that this offering of the P Bandai line is a bit meh this time around. Still considering on getting the Zaku II but I don’t think I’ll preorder that kit, really must see that kit in the wild first.
I do hope you guys enjoy this edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla! What did you guys think of the new P Bandai kits that was announced? Are you guys excited or not looking forward for this installment? Do comment below and let’s have a discussion of the kits above.
