Why isn’t this in the anime?
HELLO! We are back!
In this week’s 116th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will be again taking a look at P-Bandai, BECAUSE this week they made an announcement of one very INTERESTING P-Bandai release announcement that we missed last week. Yes, we are aware and have as well seen the announcement made both on the retail side on the new lineup of HG kits for the upcoming Gundam Build Fighters anime and the P-Bandai side on the new Advance of Z HGUC kit…
but before we get to those, we do want to exclusively cover this amazing MG P-Bandai kit first…..for this weeks segment, because….well…it is a badass looking kit.
So without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?
MG 1/100 XXXG-01H Gundam Heavyarms w/ Igel Equipment package (MG)

When we saw this for the first time, we all feel like this might be one of the best looking MG Heavyarms variants that we’ve seen. But at the same time, we as well feel that there are some parts of this kit that looked like it was inspired by the Frame Arms Gourai.
Haha…yeah…anyways.
Like we are saying, we were highly impressed by how this kit looked with all the new additions made to it. Because unlike the MG Heavyarms Custom that was as well released by P-Bandai the additions and changes that was made here fits the look of the Original Heavyarms that we got.
The look of the MG Heavyarms was so good that we really think that this is a much more logical evolution of the Heavyarms then the one we saw with the Custom variant.
From the detachable missile pods, the additional missile pod on the leg units and the Gourai inspired leg track units. Everything that was added here to the MG Heavyarms looks like it belongs to it. Which as well managed to make an already badass looking kit to something even more of a badass here.
Which really really managed to make all of us here dream about owning this piece of a badass kit. We are really looking forward to this one and seeing how alot of people in the interwebs was responding to this, we don’t we are the only one.
Though, looking at this, we can’t help to wonder why didn’t P-Bandai styled the MG Heavyarms Custom to look more like it is the logical evolution of the Retail version, like what we are seeing with this?
A very strange thing indeed.
