Fewer things to talk about today, but it is not to say it isn’t as good
HELLO! We are back!
In this today’s 126th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will continue where we left off with the new Retail announcements and talk about some of the other nice things that was announced together with the rest.
So without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?

This kit is probably one of the very first things that we all here started discussing as soon as we started the discussion for today’s Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. The reason for this is because we all here really find this to be quite an interesting announcement.
For one, unlike the Petit’gguy, the Haropla line up has been one that we really been finding ourselves having fun with and they as well have been releasing some VERY interesting kits. Although we kind of thought that they have peaked when it comes to designing a unique Haro after they announced and released the Haropla Mobile Haro.
However, today we all learned that Bandai still has many more tricks up their sleeves when we all take a closer look at the newest Haropla that was announced for the lineup, the Haropla No.11 Zakrello Haro kit.

When we saw the kit for the first time, all that we could think of is who is it in the Bandai design team that sat down and came up with this. Because whoever that thought of combining the Zakrello and Haro together is definitely a genius because this is freakking brilliant.
We all here think that that person should really become the head the MG division, because maybe then we would have the Zakrello Haro as an MG release.
We for one were never a fan of the Zakrello, but this is one Zakrello variant that we really don’t mind getting for ourselves. Because we all really think that it really pulls does off that cute and badass look well here. Plus looking back at how much fun I have when I built one of these, we really struggle to imagine that this is going to be a bad kit in any way.

As well it is a darn cheap kit too, we as aswell really can’t imagine people giving this one a pass as well. Which is why we are so preordering this one because we have a feeling that this would be sold out as soon as it hits the retail stores.
Well, we might be wrong.
HG 1/144 Eldora Brut (HGBD: R)

Release Date: 2019/12
Estimated price: JPY 1,700* (MYR RM 65.69* / USD $ 15.76* / EUR € 14.29*)
*The price is subject to change, depending on the situation

One of the things that we never expect to see when we saw the HGFC Death Army was announced a few weeks back, is to see it have an HGBD: R variant this quickly.
Even with that said, we do admit that after taking a closer look at this HG kit, we do think that they really did a pretty decent job here with the HGBD: R Eldora Brut. If we already think that the original upcoming HGFC Death Army already looked quite good, this upcoming HGBD: R Eldora Brut looked even better then that.
The first major change that was made from its HGFC Death Army counterpart which is we all here immediately noticed when we saw this kit, is the badass color scheme of the HGBD: R Eldora Brut. From the dark brown/brown color scheme of the original variant to dark blue/light blue scheme of the HGBD: R Eldora Brut, which is one colur scheme that we think fits quite well to its overall look. What’s more, there are as well pretty obvious changes made to the look too, which is seen on some sections of the shoulder armor, folded leg unit and the head unit.
However, it is the introduction of the new leg unit for the HGBD: R Eldora Brut is what we feel is the real selling point of this HGBD: R kit. Yes, that 4 legged attachment of the HGBD: R Eldora Brut is really what differentiates this version over the HGFC Death Army. A leg unit design which looked like it was inspired from the Death Beast’s variant of the Death Army series of MS unique leg unit configuration. Frankly, it is not every day that we get to see a kit that comes with this kind of leg configuration.

In which does make us all here wonder as we spend our time looking at this if this as well means that Death Beast variant based on the HGFC Death Army kit would actually come as a P-Bandai release? We here do think that it wouldn’t be a surprise if it does. But admittedly we do have hope that like with the case of the surprising RG Nu-Gundam stand set, we do hope the retail side would still be able to surprise us with releasing the Death Beast as a Retail release.
Regardless, we are looking forward to the release of the HGBD: R Eldora Brut and we have a feeling that it would be an awesome HGBD: R kit as well.
With that concludes today’s 126th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment! What do you think of this week’s Retail release announcements? Are you looking forward to this batch of upcoming retail kit releases? Spending time to take a closer look at these two kits does make all of us quite excited for the year end. But at the same time, we are quite sad that we are really getting closer to the end of the year already.
We still hope that we would still be able to see more upcoming badass kits coming for this badass gunpla year.
Anyways, we will be back again with more gunpla news on the next coming Wednesday and as well on the next coming Friday! Kimi will be back again in this Monday with an Unboxing or a review of a kit. So do look forward to that!
