Pure plastic insanity
HELLO! We are back!
In today’s 140th edition of Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will once again take a close look at one gunpla release coming from P-Bandai and again we will be looking at another HGUC release announcement. However, this time the upcoming release that we will be talking about isn’t one that is coming from the Ace Pilot Log line up but instead would be something that is coming from the P-Bandai’s Advance of Z line up of HGUC kits.
So without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?
HG 1/144 RX-124 Gundam TR-6 [Haze’n-thley II-Rah] (HGUC)

Release Date: 2020/04
Estimated price: JPY 6,490* (MYR RM 250.21* / USD $ 60.07* / EUR € 53.86*)
*The price is subject to change, depending on the situation

After the release of the ‘Dark Blue’ version, we knew that we would eventually be getting the ‘standard colors’ version soon. True enough just a few months after the announcement of the ‘Dark Blue’ version we now finally get the standard color version of the badass TR-6 Haze’n-thley II.
But instead of just giving us the standard version, P-Bandai went as far as to give us the TR-6 Haze’n-thley II-Rah version, which means here you get a much more badass version of an already insanely badass MS.
Although we do admit calling it an MS might not be that accurate since this version looked more like an MA more than an MS.

Anyways, let us get back to talking about this P-Bandai HGUC kit, shall we?
This might be the one P-Bandai HGUC kit for us, the announcement of this kit really ruins our excitement for the upcoming HGUC Haze’n-thley II for us here.
Why?
Well because just look at it.

P-Bandai really manages to outdo themselves with the announcement of this bad boi. Frankly, we thought that they would just release the normal ‘Standard Color” version and just pair it off with the HGUC Hrududu II. But no, it does seem Bandai is going all out here with including all of them in one release, instead of pussyfooting us. Which we do admit that we really respect them for doing so.
As we take a closer look we do realize that almost all the stuff that we see here is things that have seen released or are things that are upcoming soon. But like we said before it is really nice of them to just have all of them bundled up together instead of having all of them be released separately.
Although…..the trade-off of having all of them in one release is the insane price tag that accompanies this release. For something that has a tag of JPY 6,490 (MYR 250.21/ USD $60.07/ EUR € 53.86) which almost cost as much as a Mid-tier MG kit is something that is quite pricy for an HG kit. However, when you consider the size…well…it might be one HGUC that we think is worth spending on.

The fact there is just so much awesomeness here, makes us feel really wanted to get both so we can have the two badass P-Bandai Advance of Z HGUC kit in the ever-growing P-Bandai collection in the Homebase.
This is definitely one kit that we are really looking forward to getting…..well, as long as we have the money to buy it of course.
With that concludes today’s 140th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment! What do you think of this particular P-Bandai HGUC release announcement? Are you looking forward to this upcoming P-Bandai HGUC release? Never have we imagined that we would be seeing another Advance of Z kit release announcement this late, not to mention announcing something this epic. we really thought that they would save this one up at the start of the year.
I guess P-Bandai really looks like they wanted to start off strong for 2020, and which does make us wonder if P-Bandai already has an impressive line-up coming for next year what manner of things does the Retail side would have lined up for next year?
Anyways, we will be back again with more gunpla news on the next coming Wednesday and as well on the next coming Friday! Kimi will be back again this Monday with an Unboxing or a review of a kit. So do look forward to that!
