An update to my RG ν Gundam progress
This post might be something that most of you here might not be expecting since this is not one of my typical Monday posts. Because normally Mondays (or previously Sundays) I would reserve the day for only reviews or Unboxing posts. But seeing that I DO HAVE A LOT OF ‘POST BACKLOGS’ (not to mention the actual gunpla backlogs), I decided to instead do a post on my current kit progress on the blog, and as well as give my bite-sized thoughts on the current work in progress.
I’m still not too sure how this would work out, on either would this be somewhat semi-daily updates or whatnot, but I will try my best to update here as often as I can so at the very least you can read and as well witness on how far I am with the progress of this RG kit.
Speaking of progress, well since I started a bit late with the kit, the progress is quite slow due to just the amount of parts that this particular segment of this RG kit has and not to mention, I as well needed to be really extra careful with the assembly of certain parts on a certain sections on this leg units because it has a few segments on the leg unit that is moveable. Which does mean you can’t put too much force because if you do, you might damage the mechanisms that govern that particular segment.

Which I do admit is a bit nerve-wracking, to say the least. But even with that said…
I do still find myself enjoying the process of building the kit. Why? Well, that is because I do find that the challenges that I do face here to be quite good and, not to mention it is as well quite a fun section to work on. What’s more, it’s really nice to really be able to see the insane details of the inner frame of the leg unit and imagine how the ν Gundam’s leg unit works as it moves through to battle.
I’m as well quite impressed by the level of articulation that I witness here with the RG ν Gundam’s leg unit and as well I was impressed with the fact that every single individual section of the leg unit holds itself well. Although I am not sure how the leg unit would perform when it’s attached to the waist unit, however, seeing how solid the leg unit is overall, I really can’t help to feel that it’ll be fine.

Even though the progress of this is still quite far from being complete I do have to admit that am already quite impressed with what I have experianced here. I really look forward to advancing with my work here and experience more of what this kit has to offer here.
May the upward trend keeps taking this kit higher and higher through the Gunpla halls of fame.

So with that ends this first phase report of the Kimi’s Work in Progress segment for the RG 1/144 RX-93 ν Gundam (RG), since this is a new thing that is added here for the blog, I’m curious to know what you all think of this segment.
Yes, it would be somewhat be updated semi-daily….well what that means is that I will update it here as long I made some significant progress along the way and write in my initial thoughts on the section that I’ve completed. It would as well it would be nice to hear your thoughts on my progress and as well feedback from you all is most appreciated. You can write in your thoughts here and as well through Reddit, FB or on Instagram. We will be looking forward to replying and responding to your thoughts so don’t hesitate to write away! 😀
