HELLO! We are back!
In today’s 209th edition of our let’s talk Gunpla segment, we will be taking a look at one P-Bandai HG Origins MSD P-Bandai’s recent release announcement. We thought that after the retail side released the HG Origins Gramps and the upcoming release of the HG Origins MSD GM Night seeker, we won’t be seeing any more new releases announced for the P-Bandai’s HG Origins MSD line-up for quite some time.
But this was one of those rare occasions where we didn’t mind being wrong. For a matter of a fact, we are quite excited about this kits release after we all take a much closer look at this upcoming HG Origins MSD kit.
So, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?

The variant that we never imagined to be falling in love with
When we all saw this for the first time, we would admit that we were quite impressed by this particular P-Bandai HG Origins MSD release. But funnily enough, it wasn’t due to its war-winning looks. No, it was because we never imagined that they would be doing another GM Cannon variant.
But what makes it even more impressive is that they managed to make this particular variant to be the one that we are starting to lust over, without actually making any significant changes to the HG Origins MSD GM Cannons base looks.
Yes, they didn’t make any changes to the kit. As you can see here, it is still the same GM Cannon with some changes made only to the design of this particular variant of the GM Cannon’s decals and, its color scheme. Instead of the familiar red/white color scheme, they are going for a blue/white color scheme for this version.
We honestly feel like this one of the best looking HG Origins GM Cannon variant that we’ve seen.
They as well decided to add in the Balzac type 380mm Rocket Bazooka for this version’s release. It’s an addition that we here do find to be quite interesting because we honestly think that this is one of the best-looking weapons that we’ve seen to date.
All of this combined, we do admit that one will find it hard to resist the very tempting thoughts of getting this version even if you have owned the earlier version of the P-Bandai HG Origins GM cannon. But we imagined it to be even worse for those that haven’t yet owned this version to resist the thought of owning it even more.
That is seriously one badass looking bazooka
Why do we know this? Well, funnily enough, because we here do find ourselves to be in the latter category ourselves. We haven’t had yet owned the earlier version, and this is starting to look like the one that we feel is the one for us.
We are quite excited about this particular HGBD release, and we are looking forward to this release this coming November!

After building the HG Origins Grandpa, we do find it hard to imagine this being a bad kit…Although we do wonder if this kit will come with waterslides or the clear sticker decals. Knowing P-Bandai this might come with the waterslides
