Trouble brewing towards the end of the line?
I have been putting all of my attention this week in working on the MG GN-X’s leg unit. As ever due to the lack of time I have on hand, I really can’t work fast enough to get it done. However, since I’m working on the best bit of the whole kit, I don’t mind it as much, to be honest.
However, I wasn’t expecting to be facing issues towards the end of my time with it.
Anyways, before I spoil anything more here, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?
Never have I imagined a simple MG leg design like this would make me fall in love with it. Looking back, despite its simplicity, there is some level of sophistication seen on the part. That is seen in the way this particular part worked.
I enjoyed working on this and seeing how it all comes together.
Even the feet unit was a joy to work on, not to mention it as well looked very cute. Although the process of building it may not be isn’t as complicated as the rest of this kit, but I do appreciate the fact that they still managed to cram in some details here.
Even though I had a blast working on the lower half of this kit, but I didn’t have the same experience posing the MG GN-X. The issue was that some parts of the lower half of this MG kit are a bit weaker when compared to the rest.
After having to experience the weak joints on the lower half of this MG GN-X kit, I realized that there is still more work for me to do here. Hopefully, the improvements I have planned would ensure the issues don’t persist.
Overall, my whole experience building the MG GN-X so far is still quite positive, even despite having to go through some issues towards the end. I do hope that the last few bits of this kit goes well, so I could hopefully start putting on all of my focus into writing the review for this MG kit.
Now with that said, it is time for me to go back to building the MG GN-X.
