This time it comes in green
HELLO! We are back!
In today’s 222nd edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will again be taking a look at P-Bandai JP, because it seems like they had a Gundam SEED Destiny related surprise in store for us all.
So without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?

The Best Green Destiny Zaku Variant makes a return as an MG form
Did we tell you that this the Gundam SEED Destiny surprise comes in an MG form? No, Well, now you know, haha.
But yes, as we all here ‘kind’ of predicted some time ago, we would see the Zaku Warrior would eventually come as an MG Gunpla release. But what we here didn’t expect to see is P-Bandai getting its hands on it first.
However, just like your typical P-Bandai fashion, they didn’t give us a standard Zaku Warrior variant. They gave us both the Blaze Zaku Phantom and the Blaze Zaku Warrior variant in the standard green color scheme.
The badass Phantom Variant and its normal grunt variant
So what do we think of the MG Blaze Zaku Phantom / Blaze Zaku Warrior after we spent the time staring its promotional materials?
Well, from what we could see here, it does look quite promising. We here do feel like P-Bandai did a GREAT job in designing the EX-M Blaze Wizard weapons package. Especially with they did on the Blaze Wizard’s Homing Missile Pods. We are huge fans of how the Blaze Wizard backpack unit looked on the kit, and not to mention, we are as well, a fan of the Zaku Phantom variant looked as a whole.
However, those are not the only things that this kit has going for it. Because, it does as well come with the original Warrior shoulder armor set, that you can use to convert the Blaze Zaku Phantom into the Blaze Zaku Warrior variant. Heck, you can as well remove the backpack unit and turn it into the standard Zaku Warrior unit if that is the version that you’d prefer.
But we personally prefer this Dakka variant of the Blaze Zaku Phantom
Admittedly, we do understand why some of you might be quite pissed off after seeing this announcement since it may indicate that the standard grunt Zaku Warrior is locked away under the P-Bandai banner. But we don’t that is the case here.
Because we still feel like there is a chance that we might be seeing Bandai releasing the standard Zaku Warrior and even the Ray Za Burrel’s version of the Blaze Zaku Phantom as a regular retail release.
Don’t worry we might see this being released as a normal retail version….we hope.
But even with that said, we would never know what Bandai or P-Bandai is thinking, so I might not want to put my hat into the ring just yet. Because as we already have known, trying to predict what both Bandai and P-Bandai is thinking is akin to hoping that 2020 would get better.
Because that is as we all here learned, that is an utterly useless endeavor.
Anyways, with that concludes today’s our 222nd Let’s Talk Gunpla post. Quite frankly, we were quite impressed by the way the Green Destiny Zaku looked like here. We are looking forward to getting it, and after seeing this, we might reconsider getting the Lunamaria’s version when it finally gets restocked here.
Not to mention we can use Lunamaria’s cannon to attach it to this green badass
Hopefully, it would be an experience similar to the MG GN-X.
We do want to take the time to apologize for our recent blog posting irregularities, Kimi hasn’t been in the best of health recently, which is why the editing process has been a bit slow.
Hopefully, we hope that his condition will improve so we could go back to our regular posting schedule.
