It has been quite a while since I had this much fun with an RG kit.
Eventhough, nowadays, I have been taking a much slower approach into building kits, it has been quite a while since I find myself breezing through an RG kit like this.
Not to mention, I as well kept finding myself lost while building this RG kit’s leg unit. Which is funny when I think about it, because, to be quite frank? I wasn’t expecting to be mindblown by the whole experience.
But alas, I did, that is why now I will take the time to explain my whole experience here.
So without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?
Eventhough coming in, I was already expecting to be surprised with the RG EVA-01, I wasn’t expecting to be surprised when I was starting work on the RG EVA-01’s leg unit. Why wouldn’t I’d be? Eventhough the leg looked good from the promotional pictures, but it does look quite contemporary, so of course, as I look at it, I didn’t really have such high expectations of it. But all of that changed as soon as I worked on the RG EVA-01’s leg unit inner-frame. Because quite frankly, it is really unlike anything that I’ve experienced so far. Not to mention it was as well quite fun to work on as well.
You may be wondering what exactly that I’d experianced here that made me think as such? Well, that might be thanks to the awesome RG EVA-01’s inner frame design. Because of the human-like design of the RG EVA-01’s inner frame made the whole armor installation part for this kit to be quite unique. Not to mention, the way everything comes together for this kit does speak alot on how well thought out every single thing was for this badass RG kit.
Honestly, things were getting more and more captivating for me as I get deeper into the build. Not to mention too that, it has been quite a while since I’ve worked on something that managed to get me glued to my workbench for the whole day.
I have a strong feeling that things will keep on getting better for me.
Now with that said, it is time for me to go back to building the RG Eva-01.
