Just when we thought that this couldn’t get more expensive.

HELLO! We are back!

In today’s 229th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla Segment, we will be taking a look at one last week’s P-Bandai announcement that we missed. What makes us quite interested in this particular announcement is the fact that its a 2nd expansion set made for the Metal Structure v Gundam.

Which means it’s going to be something that we would never be able to own in our lifetime.

So, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?

To those that owned the Metal Structure Kaitai.Shou.Ki v Gundam, have you ever thought that the glorious display of your insanely expensive figure isn’t gloriously expensive enough?

Do you always want Bandai or P-Bandai, to give it more stuff to make it look even more badass (and not to mention expensive) as it is?

Wonder no more because P-Bandai has heard your prayers and finally made more stuff for you to add into your already insane Metal Structure v Gundam display.

When we saw this for the first time, we admit that all the stuff they included here looks insanely impressive. Because before we take a closer look at the actual announcement, we thought that this expansion set would only come with a few more Engineer figurines.

We didn’t expect at all that the set to come with a lot more awesome additions here. Like for instance, the long rifle attachment that would convert the Metal Structure v Gundam standard beam Rifle into something that looks akin to the HWS’s Beam Rifle. The 3 Mobile Workers in the set, with actual pilots in em to make the whole thing look more realistic. They as well added a few parts to the Metal Structure v Gundam to make it look like it was in the middle of receiving some maintenance. They even added a crane system to make the whole thing look even more believable.

Honestly, we were quite thoroughly impressed by this particular P-Bandai announcement. We know that after spending some time with this announcement, that there would only be just a small percentage of people that would be happy seeing this announcement. Because after we saw the asking price for this, we don’t think that there is alot of us here that could afford to own this.

That would include us, of course.

Anyways, that concludes our 229th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. We were quite surprised to see P-Bandai still have some more expansion parts planned for the Metal Structure v Gundam. We thought after we saw the announcement for the Fin Funnels expansion parts, that there is no way that they would continue to support this. 

But we are glad to know that we are wrong.
