In today’s 267th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we’ll be taking the time to talk about P-Bandai’s one recent Gunpla release announcement that we here find to be quite fascinating. Because it looks like P-Bandai finally decided to release the final release date for the upcoming HGAC Gundam Germinass 02’s expansion parts.
So, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?

Glad to know that I’m not the only one here that has been putting on alot of weight during this pandemic.
Yes, finally, after a long wait, P-Bandai decided to release more information concerning the HGAC Germinass 02 Ground Warfare Heavy Unit Expansion part. Honestly, this was really one of those releases that we are waiting to hear more of, especially considering that the HGAC Germinass 02 is already out in the wild.
But even with that said, we didn’t expect is that the expansion part set for the HGAC Germinass 02 to look this badass.
Because from what we can see here, it is clear that they managed to nail the look, the color scheme, and even its gimmicks spot on here. But the thing that really got all of us here is that even with all that armor attached to it, it still managed to retain some degree of articulation. That is when you consider how thick the armor piece is.
Somehow rather this pose with all the armor looked quite impressive
But even with that said, we can imagine this upgrade will make the HGAC Germinass 02 turn into one heavy HGAC kit.
Why is this important, you ask?
Well, that is because if we were to consider what we all here know of the HGAC Germinass joint system, we do wonder if it could sustain all the additional weight placed on them? We are a bit skeptical that it could after seeing the overall design of the joints. But then again, we might be wrong.
The only way to really know if it would work is that we’ll get the kit for ourselves and see once and for all how it would all work.
Just curious about how all of that additional weight will affect the kit.
Regardless, we still think that this expansion part is one of the most impressive things that we’ve seen in a long time, and after seeing it, it does make us quite excited to get our hands on both the HGAC Germinass 02 and this expansion set.
Anyways, that concludes our 267th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. Yes, we are aware that this isn’t the only kit that P-Bandai announced. But since Kimi fell sick again recently and still taking a slow process to recover, we decided to take it easy for today.
