Let’s Talk Gunpla Vol.276

Beam Saber Democracy.

HELLO! We are back!

In Today’s 276th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will be taking the time to talk about one of P-Bandai’s newest Gunpla release announcements. Yes, we know that P-Bandai made announcements of two new P-Bandai MG kits, but we decided to stick to covering one of them at a time for now.

So, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?

MG 1/100 GN-001REIII Gundam Exia Repair III (MG)

Release Date: June 2021
Estimated price: JPY 4,950 (MYR RM 188.33* / USD $ 46.62* / EUR € 38.13*)
*The price is subject to change, depending on the situation

With the popularity of the MG Exia and its subsequent variants, it is no surprise that we finally get to see the Exia Repair III making its way as a P-Bandai MG release. Not to mention, we are sure Bandai is aware of how well their new MG 00 kits are doing. So it does make sense to us as to why they think releasing this now is a good idea.

Also, since the MG Exia R2 sees release as a P-Bandai exclusive MG kit, it is kind of obvious to us all that we’ll see this version getting the P-Bandai treatment down the line.

Although we are not fans of seeing this given the P-Bandai treatment, we admit that we wouldn’t mind setting aside some funds into getting this variant of the MG Exia.

Especially so when it looked this badass.

Yes, admittedly, we know that this P-Bandai MG Exia variant will be just another MG Exia kit. Which does mean that it would retain many of the same things that you might expect if you’ve built an MG Exia before. But there are enough changes done to this version of the MG Exia to justify one into getting this P-Bandai version.

For instance, you get a redesigned rear waist, shoulder, and Knee armor, a new foldable badass GN Long Rifle, and you as well get a GN Condenser equipped on this variant of the MG Exia.

So from the list, you can see why we are really interested in the idea of getting this version of the MG Exia.

Although, admittedly, we know that this is most definitely going to be one of the most challenging P-Bandai MG kits to get. Because, for one, we know that we’re not going to be the only one interested in getting it. Secondly, this is well not going to be one cheap P-Bandai MG kit to get.

So, yeah, that is quite a challenge awaiting all of us, all right.

Anyways, that concludes our 276th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. You might be wondering why we decided to split the blog posts up into two parts. Well, the reason for that is, for one, we don’t really have a lot of time to spare since we do have to juggle the blog with our other hustles. Secondly, the next P-Bandai announcement does require us to take some time to digest it all in.

Why?

Well, that’s because we are quite pissed when we saw it listed as a P-Bandai release.

Anyways, we will be back again next coming Saturday (hopefully) with more Gunpla/ Gundam merch-related posts for this blog, so yes, please do look forward to that!

Oh, one more thing before we go, it would be a tremendous help to us all here in the blog if you guys were to leave a like on our posts and or subscribe to the blog if you find yourselves enjoying our gunpla/plamo related posts. We would appreciate it if you guys would take the time to show your support by leaving an upvote on our R/Gunpla posts and by leaving a like on our Facebook and Instagram posts or pages!

We are as well open to any good and bad feedback, so feel free to write away.

Hopefully, by sharing our love and passion for building and writing about gunplas or other plamos here, we hope that it’ll help to inspire all of here to pick up on the hobby. Or better yet, reignite your love and passion for the hobby.

Anyways, we shall see all of you again soon, and we as well hope that you all here have a splendid day and week ahead! Oh as well, please do have an excellent time building your awesome gunplas there and until next time.

Ciao!
