HELLO1 We are back! 

In today’s 284th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will be taking the time to talk about P-Bandai’s latest Gunpla release announcements rumors. This time the story that we have is coming directly to us via P-Bandai! 

So, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we? 

The Rumor Mill: HG 1/144 Windam & Dagger L Expansion Set (HGCE)

Honesty, we weren’t that surprised to see that P-Bandai’s plan for the Expansion sets for both the HGCE Dagger L and the HGCE Windam. As a matter of fact, we all were expecting P-Bandai to do so. 

Although the thing that caught us off guard about this reveal by P-Bandai is that P-Bandai revealed their intention well ahead of the retail release of the HGCE Dagger L. Frankly, that is something that we all here admit is quite a bold move from P-Bandai. Because usually, they’ll wait for the release of the said kit before making that reveal.

Anyways let us now talk a bit about this reveal, shall we? Even though we don’t have any detailed pictures of the expansion parts, besides the promo teaser here. But from what we do get here, after spending some time with it, we start to get a better idea of what to expect. 

Like for instance, the HUGE missile launcher attached to the HGCE Windam here. Because even though it does look quite impressive, it does have bits here and there that you need to spend time painting up. For the Doppelhorn attachment that we could see on the HGCE Dagger L, well, all we can really say about that is that it does look good. We can’t give a much-detailed comment on it since we don’t really have a lot to go on here.

All in all, the attachments do look quite good overall. 

But the biggest question that we have about this expansion set is if we could interchange the two backpack units between the two kits. Also, we do wonder what else do we get included with this release. 

These are the questions that we hope to know more about as soon as we can in these coming weeks. Hopefully, we do get more Gunpla here than what we see from this promo teaser. 

With that concludes our 284th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. It has been quite a while since we get to do ‘The Rumor Mill’ subsegment, and it is nice to see P-Bandai taking a proactive role in informing us of their new upcoming releases. 

Although we do wonder if this is the only P-Bandai HGCE kit that they have in mind?
