HELLO! We are back! 

In today’s 309th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will again return to talk about the HG Gundam Battlelouge Retail announcement. 

Why?

Well, that is because we have missed one HGGBB Retail kit. 

So to fix that, we are again going to cover the HGGBB announcement, to only focus on this one kit. 

So, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we? 

HG 1/144 Gundam Barbataurus (HGGBB)

When we realized our mistake, we felt horrible for forgetting about this one. 

Because out of all the HGGBB Gunpla designs that we’ve seen, this might be the craziest one yet. Heck, we would even go as far as to say that, even when compared to all the other Gunpla designs (or redesigns) from the Build series, this is definitely the craziest one yet. 

Honestly, why wouldn’t one think that after seeing this for the first time, especially when they managed to redesign an already menacing looking MS into something that looks even more menacing looking MS.

What’s more, they even added another set of very menacing-looking legs to an already menacing-looking MS. Seriously, it’s as if they really pull all the stops here to make this look as scary and as intimidating as they can here with the HGGBB Barbataurus.

They even did the same thing with one of its weapons too! You can see it with that Beam bow thing that the HGGBB Barbatauros has. 

But the thing that we are most fascinated by here is the fact that, unlike the other HGGBB releases that we’ve seen, this HGGBB Barbataurus only seem to be using (or reusing) parts from three known Barbatos variants. The standard HGIBO Barbatos, and the HGIBO Barbatos Lupus, and the HGIBO Barbatos Lupus Rex. 

Although we admit that it took us quite a while to figure out where some of the HGGBB Barbataurus parts are from because they are highly modified, but in the end, we finally did found out after we did some detective work.

But seriously, we are still quite impressed by the way they modify the parts. They did a damn good job modifying all the Barbatos’ bits up. 

And, we do like what we see here. 

Frankly, we here do feel like this might be the very best HGGBB Gunpla design out of all that we’ve seen. 

That is why we felt bad for missing this one back when we are doing the last Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. But we will make it up by PO-ing it as soon as the PO opens for this one. 

With that concludes our 309th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment for today. Finally, we now have managed to cover all the HGGBB releases. Hopefully, we don’t miss anything again this time.
