In today’s 323rd edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will be looking at P-Bandai’s official release announcement details on one of the upcoming RG expansion parts for the RG Hi-v Gundam! FINALLY, it’s nice to see P-Bandai releasing the final details on this most anticipated RG expansion part for the upcoming RG Hi-v Gundam.
So, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?

Seeing the official announcement date for this for the first time is probably one piece of news that managed to make all of us smile during these trying times. We have been looking forward to hearing any new updates on this one for so long, so yeah, you bet your asses that we’re excited about this release announcement.
Interestingly enough, even though this is the third time we saw this expansion set, we still find ourselves quite impressed by what we see here still.
We feel the reason for that is that now we really could get a sense of how humongous this expansion set is to the already quite massive RG Hi-v Gundam. Because as from what we can see through its promotional materials, it looks like the Hyper Mega Bazooka Launcher is so big that it needed two Action Base stands for us to attach to the RG Hi-v Gundam. Not to mention, the whole thing towers are taller than the RG Hi-v Gundam when you make the Hyper Mega Bazooka Launcher stand vertically.
Finally, there is something out there that can properly outgun the Wing Gundam
But that is not the only that is impressive about this expansion set. Because the P-Bandai chaps as well managed to make it look insanely good in its promotional materials, which is incredible considering that all you really get here is just the Hyper Mega Bazooka Launcher. But yet it was enough to make us all smile like a bunch of idiots looking at how badass it looked.
But not all is good here, unfortunately. Because the one thing that we are not as excited about this release is that it still comes with sticker decals. Although if we were, to be honest here, this is something that we’re not that surprised to know that since this is only just an expansion for the RG Hi-v Gundam. So, yeah, it makes sense for it to come with sticker decals. But even with that said, we were hoping that they would make a whole new waterslide decal set instead for both the RG Hi-v Gundam and the RG Hyper Mega Bazooka Launcher because it would be nice to use a decals set that wouldn’t look shit on your badass looking kit.

Regardless, we are really excited with the thought to finally be getting this and the RG Hi-v Gundam together when they are both released together this coming September. Time to see if P-Bandai Malaysia would list it on their Shopee online store listing.
Oh yes, you heard us right! We FINALLY got our very own localized P-Bandai store too. Hopefully, we won’t have to suffer through the awful ‘P-Bandai tax’ anymore to get a P-Bandai kit that we all wanted.

But honestly, although life is hard at the moment, it’s nice to know that there are still alot of things that we can smile about to help us go through these exhausting times. Hopefully, this would be a sign that things are starting to turn for the better.
