HELLO! We are back! 

In today’s 340th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will be looking at P-Bandai’s latest release announcement on a new pg kit. Honestly, it’s one PG release that we all here were expecting to see. 

So, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?

PG 1/60 RX-0 Full Armor Unicorn Gundam Plan B (Unicorn Gundam Perfectibility)(PG)

Estimated price: JPY 33,000 (MYR RM 1210.84* / USD $ 291.52* / EUR € 251.85*)

Yes, this PG Unicorn Perfectibility is one PG kit that we know that is coming. Why? Well, that is because we’ve seen the HG, RG, and MG kits getting that ‘Perfectibility” treatment, so it makes alot of sense that we are now getting that treatment for the PG version. 

But even that said, we admit, we were surprised to find ourselves quite impressed by what we see here. 

Why is that the case with this version of the PG Unicorn?

Well, that is because we do think that P-Bandai absolutely nails the look of the PG version of the Unicorn Perfectibility here. Yes, admittedly, it does have alot of bits handed over from other versions of the other P-Bandai PG Unicorn releases. But the execution seen on this version looked so good that we don’t mind that it has alot of the same bits here.

Seriously, even all of us who are already sick of seeing new Unicorns kits being announced and released in the wild really wouldn’t mind getting this one. That is how much we liked this version of the P-Bandai PG Unicorn Perfectibility here.

Not to mention, from all the positives that we heard about Gunpla builder’s experience building the PG Unicorn, we reckon too that this is probably the best platform to get the PG Unicorn Perfectibility in.  

But looking at this, you guys might be wondering why is this doesn’t look complete? 

Well, that is because

PG 1/60 Unicorn Gundam Perfectibility Divine Expansion Set (PG)

P-Bandai decided to sell the other bits separately. 

Yes, it is maddening to see the rest of the PG Unicorn Perfectibility bits locked away in the expansion set. But after seeing how much the standard PG Unicorn Perfectibiliy cost, we can understand why they didn’t include everything in one release. 

Because we can imagine the cost would be really substantial for both the consumer and P-Bandai in including everything in one go.  

So yeah, we get why they do this. It is sad to see, but ultimately, it is understandable. 

Although, we also do not think it’s not that bad of an idea for P-Bandai to separate the release. Why? Well, that is because this Divine expansion set would help those that own the standard PG Unicorn to convert their PG Unicorns into the PG FA Unicorn. But that is assuming that they can get an extra PG Unicorn shield sold somewhere online.

But alas, it is a pretty awesome move from P-Bandai here. 

But now, all that is left to do is to find the money to get these monsters.  

With that concludes our 340th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment for today. What an announcement from the P-Bandai side, its to see P-Bandai announcing new PG kits, now all that is left for us is to see a PG kit announcement from the retail side.
