Let’s Talk Gunpla Vol.456

The thin Blue line

HELLO! We are back!

In today’s 456th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will be taking the time to talk about P-Bandai’s recent reveal and tease a new Gunpla release announcement during the recent The Witch From Mercury EXPO.

Yes, we finally have our first HGTWFM P-Bandai exclusive kit.

So, without further ado. Let us get into it, shall we?

The Rumor Mill: HG 1/144 XVX-016 Gundam Aerial Permet Score 6 Ver. (HGTWFM)

Release Date: TBC
Estimated price: TBC
*The price is subject to change, depending on the situation

We are not surprised to see this version of the Aerial Gundam getting the P-Bandai treatment. But we didn’t expect them to take this long to announce this, especially considering they only needed to replace the stickers and one clear-colored part.

But then again, it could be because, due to the high demand for the standard version, they probably wanted to fulfill those demands on the retail side before announcing this.

But even with that said, from what we can see through some of the pictures we saw of the P-Bandai version on the interwebs, there is nothing significant about this version of the Aerial. It is basically the same HGTWFM Aerial, the only difference here is that it comes with blue-colored bits.

Admittedly, we are still unsure if this is the only thing that this P-Bandai version gets or if we could buy the clear-colored bits and the new blue sticker parts as an HGTWFM Aerial Gundam’s P-Bandai exclusive option parts.

For now, everything is still in the realm of speculations, and we can’t really confirm anything yet, that is up until P-Bandai decides to reveal more.

But honestly? We wouldn’t mind getting a blue Aerial in our collection. However, we only hope that P-Bandai would put in a bit of an effort to make getting this P-Bandai version worthwhile for the fans of the Aerial.

And that concludes our 456th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. Honestly? We are a bit disappointed that there aren’t new HGTWFM kits announced during this recent The Witch From Mercury EXPO. But at the very least, we get a closer look at the upcoming P-Bandai Permet Score 6 Aerial, the Scwarzette, and the yet unnamed Gundam Lfrith variant.

Worry not! We will discuss what we think of the Scwarzette and the unnamed Lfrith variant in the upcoming Blog post, though not we are not posting that this Saturday.

Yes, we’ll be back again next Thursday (hopefully) with a new blog post since Kimi will be away for a medical appointment this coming Saturday.
