Beautiful and most likely expensive China Exclusives

In today’s 477th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we’ll discuss P-Bandai China’s latest Gunpla release announcements. Yes, we know that these are also old news, but we didn’t manage to cover their release announcements due to the P-Bandai China making the announcements at the same time as the kits we see from the Shizuoka Hobby Show and because of Kimi’s accident.
But now we finally had that time to do so here.
So, without further ado. Let us get into it, shall we?
MG 1/100 OZ-13MS Gundam Epyon (Cross Contrast Colors/Clear White)(MG)

Honestly? The color contrast P-Bandai China exclusive MG Gundam Epyon variant is one of the best versions of the MG Gundam Epyon we’ve seen!
Admittedly, since it is a China Exclusive kit, that also means it does as well come with some ugly decals, but if you disregard those, you can keep it looking badass.
But even with that said, this is still the same old MG Epyon. So, we’re not expecting it to come with anything significant or new here.
But still, we figured you might still be wondering what you get here.
From what we can see here, you get one beautifully recolored MG Epyon and the P-Bandai China exclusive MG Epyon color contrast decals.
And that’s about it, nothing more and nothing less.
But it’s not to say it’s a bad thing, since the looks of the color contrast MG Epyon alone is enough to make anyone that laid their eyes on it fall in love with it. It is one that hardcore fans of both the Epyon and the Wing Gundam fans would love to have in their collection!
Speaking of Wing Gundam.
MG 1/100 XXXG-OOWO Wing Gundam Zero EW Ver.Ka (Color Contrast/Clear Purple)(MG)

Admittedly, MG Epyon isn’t the only one getting the P-Bandai China treatment because we learned that the 2020 release of MG Wing Zero EW Ver.Ka is also getting the P-Bandai China treatment.
But Unlike the MG Epyon, the P-Bandai China’s Color Contrast MG Wing Zero EW Ver.Ka, this one is a bit of a mixed bag for us. Because, despite it looking badass in its Red and clear dark purple color scheme, unfortunately, the same can’t be said for its Twin Buster Rifle’s color scheme.
Why?
The red color scheme doesn’t look as good on the Twin Buster Rifle as on the rest of MG Wing Gundam Zero. We felt the Twin Buster Rifle would look better if they used the same Dark Purple color scheme (Not the Clear Purple color scheme used on some bits of this kit) on the main body.
Despite our feelings about the Twin Buster Rifle’s color scheme, we admit that the rest looked fantastic. Even the P-Bandai China Color Contrast decals looked badass on this P-Bandai China Exclusive MG Wing Gundam Zero EW Ver.Ka. If you’re a fan, this is definitely one version of the MG Wing Gundam Zero EW Ver.Ka that you should own.
And that concludes our 477th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. After a long time, it is nice to see P-Bandai China still getting its Gunpla exclusives. Although, to be honest? We hope we’ll get something as good as what the Chinese are getting there.
