HELLO! We are back!

In today’s 560th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we’ll discuss one of P-Bandai’s recent Gunpla teaser announcements. Honestly? The teaser we will discuss here is one of those release announcements we expect to see getting that P-Bandai treatment.

Because, well, the HGUC version already received the same treatment, it makes sense that the MG version also received the same treatment.

So, without further ado. Let us get into it, shall we?

The Rumor Mill: MG 1/100 RX-9/B Narrative Gundam B-Packs Ver.Ka (MG)

It is fitting that in the same month, we get the Sinanju Stein, we finally get word of P-Bandai plans for the MG Narrative B-Packs Version Ka.

The MG Narrative B-Packs Version Ka is one of the releases we expected P-Bandai to make since the HGUC version is also a P-Bandai exclusive.  

But we find it interesting that Bandai is not showing anything besides an outline of how this upcoming P-Bandai exclusive kit will look; this makes us think they might still have a lot of work to make this work well with the MG Narrative Version Ka. Plus, looking at this teaser, we imagine that P-Bandai might announce the MG B-Packs later this year, and we might officially get them sometime in early 2025.

But we might be wrong. God, we hope we’re wrong. It would be nice to get this somewhere this year.

The other thing we all here are wondering about is whether P-Bandai would release the B-Packs Version Ka in two versions. One with the MG Narrative Version Ka and another with just the B-Packs expansion? Or will P-Bandai be lazy and only release one version? Well, we shall see which path P-Bandai would take with this one, eh?  

But one thing is sure: we’re looking forward to seeing this announcement.

That concludes our 560th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. It’s nice to be able to do the ‘Rumor Mill’ section again; we love discussing what we expect on a teaser.

However, we wish Bandai would give us more MG kits for the retail side. Honestly? It sucks that most MG releases that we get this year is mostly coming from the P-Bandai side.

Anyhow.
