HELLO! We are back!

In today’s 600th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla post, we’ll discuss one of P-Bandai’s latest Gunpla release announcements. Today, we just saw that P-Bandai dropped another RG kit release for the Gundam SEED FREEDOM series, and it’s a kit that we expect to see coming.

And we know that you know what kit we are referring to here.

So, without further ado. Let us get into it, shall we?

RG 1/144 ZGMF-56E2/β Sword Impulse Gundam Spec II (RG)

YES!

After a long wait, we finally got the Spec II Version of the RG Sword Impulse.

We have been looking forward to seeing the Gunpla version of the Spec II Sword Impulse Gundam, and we are glad that we’re finally getting it this year!

Despite taking longer than expected to release this version, we were pretty impressed by what P-Bandai just churned out here.

Why do we say that?

It’s because the first thing we noticed about this is that all the recolored parts looked good for a recolored kit. We admit that we were surprised because, looking at the bright red colors in the movie, we assumed that the Gunpla version would look more toy-ish than the SEED DESTINY version. So, after seeing the end result here, we are glad that P-Bandai managed to nail the colors we see on this kit.  

But you might be wondering if the only thing we are getting here is a recolored RG Sword Impulse Gundam. Well, no, it’s because the other thing we are getting here is the same Advanced Railgun we got from the previously released RG Blast Impulse kit. Thats it. Everything else is the same as what we got from the SEED DESTINY’s version. However, that shouldn’t be a surprise since the MS is just a refurbished version of the SEED DESTINY’s Impulse Gundam.

But even with that said, after seeing what we are getting here with this kit, we all felt it was a good enough reason to go out and preorder this P-Bandai kit, especially when it looked this good.

Yes, we know we are a sucker for everything Impulse, but then again, when it looked this good, we wouldn’t be surprised to see a lot of people out there that share the same feelings that we have about this release too.

This concludes the 600th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. Initially, we weren’t planning to release anything Let’s Talk Gunpla-related content today, but after seeing P-Bandai’s announcement, we decided to do this instead.

And we are glad we did, so now we can continue on working on the original post and kit!
