The witch that keeps on giving
HELLO! We are back!
In today’s 632nd edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we now discuss P-Bandai’s latest (ish) Gunpla release announcement. FINALLY, after a somewhat long wait, we received word on the upcoming HG TWFM: Vanadis Heart kit that was teased to us during the recent Shizouka Hobby Show.
So, without further ado. Let us get to it, shall we?
HG 1/144 Gundam Naion (HGTWFM: VH)

Release Date: September 2025
Estimated price: JPY 3,300 (MYR 93.64* / USD 22.09* / EUR 19.35*)
*The price is subject to change, depending on the situation

Ever since it was revealed to us that we will be getting the Naion as a P-Bandai exclusive HGTWFM: VH release, we have been eagerly awaiting the day when they officially drop the official release announcement and open the preorder window for this badass kit.
So imagine how happy we were when they finally did, and afterwards, and imagine seeing the same smile go away after seeing our plans to get this kit foiled by the scalper bots once again.
We will not waste our time in this blog post venting our frustrations with the scalper bots here (there is enough of that already), but instead, we will discuss why we are excited about this particular P-Bandai kit.
For one, this is a completely new mold, well, not entirely new, since we expect it to inherit all the same joint system from other HGTWFM kits.

But still, most of the things that we are seeing here are new, so we are expecting a new building experience here.
Also, as expected, since it is inheriting the same articulation system as the other previous HGTWFM releases, we expect this kit to have awesome articulation, and we expect this to also be a really solid kit.
Although we do wonder if this kit will come with pre-colored Permet plates like the other HGTWFM releases? We expect that it does, since we haven’t seen a kit that doesn’t come with one just yet.

What’s more, this is one of the best-looking kits we’ve seen from the HGTWFM lineup to date. Why? Well, it’s because out of all the MS designs we’ve seen from the HGWTFM, this might be the first time we’ve actually seen something that looks menacing.
What’s more, we are also a HUGE fan of the HGTWFM: VM Gundam Naion’s color scheme. This would be the first time we’ve received a tri-color kit (white, yellow, and Blue color scheme), which we are huge fans of.
All of this combined, we start to see why people are going out of their way to try to preorder this, and also, we can understand why scalpers are aiming for this one as well.

All in all, this is looking like a really awesome deal. But, unfortunately, we are unable to secure one. But we suppose we shall wait till P-Bandai relists it on Shopee, whenever that is.
This concludes the 632nd edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. It’s funny that as soon as we finished with the previous Gundam Base Limited discussion and already started working on this post, the Gundam Base Limited chaps decided to announce another kit release and one that most of us here were quite interested in.
And yes, we know that P-Bandai has just dropped another Gunpla release announcement as well.
Worry not, we are going to cover those in the coming blog post, which is coming soon! So do look forward to that!
Also, you might have noticed a slight change to our posts, which is because we recently added a donation tab to our posts to help keep this site running and to fund our future projects. However, we want to clarify that we will not be placing any of our content behind a paywall. All of our content will remain free for everyone to access.
The reason why we decided to add the donation tab is that after managing this blog with our funds for so long, we’ve found that even with ads, it hasn’t been enough to maintain the site without putting ourselves in debt. We have tried our best not to resort to this, since we are doing this blog for fun, and we really didn’t plan to earn money from doing this.
However, since the start of the year, we have been struggling financially to keep this site running, and we refuse to give up on it after putting so much work into it.
So that is why, for the first time after running this site for so long, we are finally asking for help from you, our readers.
If you appreciate what we do and want us to continue providing this content, we would greatly appreciate any support through donations to help keep us afloat.
