HELLO! We are back!

In today’s 640th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will now discuss P-Bandai’s latest Gunpla release announcement!

And we admit that this is an announcement we are most excited about this year! Because we now FINALLY get a kit that we waited for Bandai to release for many years!

So without further ado. Let us get into it, shall we?

RE 1/100 XM-02 Den’an Gei (REBORNONEHUNDRED)

Release Date: October 2025

Estimated price: JPY 3,300 (MYR 94.07* / USD 22.35* / EUR 19.04*)

This is really the announcement of a kit that we have been dreaming about for years.

Why, you ask?

Well, that is because, out of all the F91 MS designs that we have gotten as a Gunpla, there is one that we still haven’t seen getting a proper Gunpla treatment, and that is the Den’an Gei, and why is this important? Well, it’s because the Den’an Gei (besides the awesome Den’an Zon) is one of our favorite F91 Grunt designs of the whole series.

Yes, we know that there is a B-Club full resin kit of the Den’an Zon. But unfortunately, we haven’t been lucky enough to find it listed anywhere. Also, we imagine if we do, it ain’t going to be cheap.

So, imagine our delight when P-Bandai out of nowhere decided to announce the RE100 Den’an Gei.

But enough of us talking about how happy we were, let us now talk about what we think about this release.

Well, from what we can see, it does look promising. For one, it was quite interesting to see that P-Bandai kept the design as close to what we see from the anime. No additional overdesigned details like we see with the SEED REMASTER kits, P-Bandai really went out of their way to just keep the same design that we see from the illustrations and the anime that we got here for the RE100 version.

But admittedly, because of the 90s aesthetic, we don’t think there would be a lot of people who would be interested in this. Well, unless you’re huge fans of the F91 series like us, then you might be interested.

And since this is a RE100 kit, we are expecting this kit to be a fun and beginner-friendly kit for one to pick up.

The best part about this? Unlike the other 1/100 F91 kits, the Den’an Gei would be the very first Crossbone Vanguard Grunt unit to properly get the modern Gunpla treatment, and that is enough to make us excited to see if we will be getting more F91 Crossbone Vanguard kits in the near future.

We really hope to see the Den’an Zon getting the Retail treatment.

This concludes the 640th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. This is definitely a P-Bandai announcement that puts a HUGE smile on our face! And one that we needed while we are going through some rough times with the constant PC issues and Kimi’s deteriorating health.
