A ridiculously shiny looking badass

The RG line up of kits!

It really has been awhile since we’ve heard any news of a new RG line up from the P-Bandai side and with the recent release of the RG Tallgeese, we were somewhat expecting P-Bandai to release something in conjunction with the release of the RG Tallgeese.

But what we didn’t expect is to see them release another version of the RG Wing Zero Custom EW version! Let alone to have it come with the BADASS Drei Zwerg System! But P-Bandai not content in just giving us the Zero Custom with the Drei Zwerg, they as well gave this kit a Titanium finish to it.

1000127041_3
Goddamn, this is one glorious wing unit…though thinking on how bad the nubs will be…kind of make us cringe for a moment.

Yes, as soon as we here saw the shiny parts we immediately feel the pain both on the pain of seeing our cutters ruining the nice shiny titanium colors on the Wing Zero’s part and on to our wallets…..

However, it must be said that the kit doesn’t seem to have anything really significant being done to it. All and all it still looks like the kit looks and shares the same thing as the original RG Wing Zero Custom parts.

Though the addition and the changes made do make this kit look refreshed and looking…pretty damn good. Did we mention it is looking quite shiny too? We did? damn…

1000127041_4
oh, you beautiful shiny thing you.

Regardless looking at this does make us look forward to it. However as soon we saw the insane prices that are attached to the kit….we immediately hear screams of pain coming from our wallets…

The reason being is that this is definitely one of the most insanely expensive RG kits to date and honestly? We really can’t imagine how much this would actually cost when it hits the retail stores. We already starting to estimate that this insane thing will set us back RM300++ (USD $75) when this hits retail. Looking back at the estimated price does make us wonder if getting this is worth it.

1000127041_10
hmmm

But then we look at the kit and thought…if it’s for the shiny looking parts, yes it is.

Another shiny RG kit

Not content with just releasing a shiny RG P-Bandai variant of the Wing Zero Custom, P-Bandai as well decided we as well need a Shiny version of the Tallgeese here.

Oh, wait, no, to be more precise…the Titanium Finish version of the Tallgeese.

Though we are not surprised by the fact that Bandai is releasing a P-Bandai variant of the Tallgeese, however, we are more surprised by the fact that Bandai releasing the same variant with a new paint job. We were kind of expecting to see them release the Tallgeese II and III instead of this….

Though looking back….it might be a good thing since this might be an indication that we might still be able to see them in retail instead…which is…good!

1000127040_8
The Tallgeese does look pretty awesome in this pose. Plus it’s shinier here too

Dang, I would definitely get the two if that is really the case.

Anyways, back to this…..like the RG Wing Zero Custom before it, the P-Bandai version of the RG Tallgeese is really just a kit with a new paint job…well, rather, a shinier paint job than the Retail version of the same kit. But unlike the Wing Zero Custom, there isn’t anything new attached to this kit. Even with that being said, we do admit that it does look good in that new paint job.

Though, since we haven’t gotten ourselves the RG Tallgeese just yet…we have to wait to see either getting this is worth the money spent. But from looking at the insane price point, this is really one kit that is really hard to justify getting since…there isn’t anything new that to be had here when comparing it to the P-Bandai RG Wing Zero Custom.

1000127040_5
Looking at this does make us want to have the RG Tallgeese, just not this version.

Though when we really think about it we don’t think we would change our stance on this as soon as we get the retail version, because honestly, how can you justify getting the exact same thing with a higher price point with nothing new attached to it?

Well unless if it’s a Zaku, then maybe it’ll get a pass. Maybe….

So we probably pass this one up. Because honestly? Though it is nice to look at, there are more worthwhile kits that we would rather be having then this.

1000127040_9
The shiny is not strong in this one…

We have always dreamed of a purple Leo, glad to know that its real

Well, well weeellll….

This is one kit from P-Bandai that we are kind of expecting to see announced as soon as the HGAC Leo is released. Honestly, we could see this coming from miles away and we were expecting P-Bandai to be picking up the tabs here.

Though we have to admit we are liking this variant more than the normal retail variant because this isn’t just a re-colored version of the Leo.

1000127329_6
I wonder if the Leo would explode as soon it fires that bazooka…

Really, what you’ll get here is a kit that comes with a lot of awesome weapons and equipment extras! We are honestly impressed by the level of stuff that you’ll are getting here. That is not to mentioned on how awesome all the weapons looked here….. And here we thought before that the only thing P-Bandai would include is the redesigned Beam Rifle.

Looking at all the wonderful stuff that the Leo Space type comes with, it does start to feel like this is a much more worthwhile investment than the previous more expensive two RG’s that we just talked about and since it is based from the Gundam Evolution design, we are confident that this would be a good one.

Though speaking of which we ourselves do need to get the HGAC Leo ourselves.

1000127329_10
A great many things this variant of the Leo comes with.

Regardless, we do feel that is one P-Bandai kit that all of us here look forward too and though looking at this we wonder if we would be seeing the Flight type in P-Bandai too? Well, that remains to be seen, though honestly?

We wouldn’t be surprised if it did.

Anyways now we are done talking about the 1/144 gunplas…now we move on to the 1/100 scale P-Bandai Gunplas.

1000127329_8
An expensive line of HG Grenades Leos ever…

The Jegan Express, going down!

Like the announcement of the P-Bandai RG’s, we were glad to see that Bandai announcing P-Bandai kits under the RE100 line up, but what we were surprised to see Bandai actually making the Base Jabber in 1/100 scale. Yes, we are getting our first Space bound Vehicle-based kit in 1/100 scale…

What’s more the whole thing looks brilliant.

Really, just take a look at this brilliant thing.

1000127034_5
Just take a look at the Base Jabber Gloriously transporting the MG Jegan into battle

I really can’t imagine people passing this one off, especially when you have the MG Jesta being released recently and looking at its ability to mount MG Jegans, this does make the idea of getting two MG Jegans more enticing indeed…

Not to mention that it does look quite detailed, awesome even. It could as well have an external tank mounted on the bottom area of the base Jabber if you think that you only want to have only one MG Jegan on it. Plus it does look like it would be able to hold the kits well

Though, the only thing that we do find quite of a disappointment is that they aren’t doing a cockpit area for this…then again this is an RE100 kit so that is kind of expected… not to mention too the amount of Action bases that we’ll need to have this posed with the MG Jegan on it. From what we see here it does seem like we do need to have 3 action bases to mount the massive RE100 Base Jabber on and yes it does seem like it would take a hella lot space if you really want to have it posed with any MG/RE100 kits on it.

1000127034_8
Just looking at this mounting two MG Jegans..brings tears into my eyes

And there is the matter of this being P-Bandai…..well you guys know where my stand it with this.

Regardless, we can’t deny that we are really looking forward to this one and this is definitely one RE100 kit that we are really looking forward in getting….

With two sets of MG Jegans in tow. Yes, we are definitely will be looking at our bright future in begging on the streets when this kit comes to our shores this coming October.

Oh, how I can’t wait to have you here…

A kit that Thor would proudly endorse

So far in the Gundam Build Diver series, we have been graced with many awesome MS Redesigns like the 00 Diver line up, the GM III Beam Master, and to date one of the most awesomely named and look, the Gundam Astray No-Name.

We never have thought that the next best thing that we are going to get from that series is a Gundam that is just not content with having one of the best names that we’ve heard….but beating the Astray No-Name in terms of look as well.

But best of all….it comes in a beautiful MG form…yes, my friends, we are finally graced with the Gundam Storm Bringer.

1000127140_4
this pose makes it look like something out an anime promotional pose

Seen first during the Shizuka Hobby show 2018.

Though at first, we had an assumption that the storm bringer might have elements of ZZ and the RX-78-2 Ver3.0 element mixed into the construction. But after looking at the CG promotional pictures that P-Bandai provided here…We now think that might not be the case.

Instead, we feel like the storm bringer might be using mostly highly modified bits of the MG GM Sniper II / Command here, slightly modified parts from the MG Strike Gundam the RM version (for the head) and the dual beam rifle from the MG GM Dominance.

1000127140_5
Damn this is one awesome pose.

Though we were wrong on the bits that they’ll be using, we have to admit the bits that they did use is pretty awesome in itself and really, all the modified bit does make for a very beautiful MG kit indeed.

Though P-Bandai claims that since this is a CG promotional material and nothing here is confirmed. But just by looking at it and through our own experiences with kit promotional materials…we can confirm that, yes this is how it’s going to look in its completed form indeed.

That is if P-Bandai decided to cancel it then yeah it might not look as intended.

Dang just looking at it makes us drooling for the actual thing. You can say that we are REALLY looking forward to this over the others that we’ve seen here.

1000127140_8
What a badass MS…

Price wise, it is priced slightly cheaper than the P-Bandai RG Tallgeese but this seems to be one that looks to be a much more worthwhile investment over the Tallgeese and plus it looks good too.

Definitely the one here that all of us look forward on getting and yes this is definitely one to look forward to in this coming September.

A September that we all can’t wait to get up to.

1000127140_9
