The first G witch expo
HELLO! We are back!
In today’s 449th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we’ll be taking the time to talk about Bandai’s recent announcement of a new The Witch From Mercury event. Yes, admittedly, this is another case of another slow Gunpla news week syndrome, but we feel this event might lead to more new HGTWFM release announcements.
So it doesn’t hurt to talk about this and speculate on what kit we expected to see.
So, without further ado. Let us get into it, shall we?
The Rumor Mill: Possible announcement of more HGTWFM kits reveal at The Witch From Mercury expo?

Seeing the explosive and bloody end to the First Season of The Witch From Mercury anime and the reveal of Season 2’s poster, we know that we’re going to get a bloodier second season than the first chip and cheerful one.
There are still so many unanswered questions that need answering, and we know one character in the series that we want to have a painful end. Plus, after seeing the reveal of the Aerial Rebuild, one must start to wonder if we’ll see a new MS design from the other major corporations in the second season to counter the Aerial Rebuild.
Hopefully, we’ll see the militarized version of the Demi and Zowort go against the Aerial Rebuild in the second season. That is why we are looking forward to finally getting them in the coming months. Also, we’re wondering if we’ll see the Militarized versions of other MSs in Gunpla form revealed in the Upcoming The Witch From Mercury event. We here look forward to seeing the Beguir-Pente getting a militarized version.
So, yes, for us to hear about this upcoming The Witch From Mercury expo does excite us because there is a possibility that we’ll see more of the new HGTWFM kits revealed in this event.

We are also quite interested to see a more detailed look at some of the kits they have already revealed, like the HGTWFM Aerial Rebuild and the HGTWFM Zowort Heavy. What’s more, we are looking forward to seeing the reveal of the yet-unnamed HGTWFM Gundam that Bandai revealed a few weeks back.

Although no date yet has been set for this event, we are sure that they will do it a week before the premiere of the second season’s 1st episode or they’ll do it on the same week as the second season’s 1st episode premiere. (Edit* we just got to know that the event will be held from the 10th till the 12th of March 2023!)
Whatever it is, we look forward to this event!
And that concludes our 449th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment for today. Yes, we are going through a slow Gunpla news week. Although, admittedly, it’s not that Bandai (more specifically P-Bandai) didn’t have anything new announced. They do, but it’s not Gundam (or better yet, not Gunpla) related, so we decided not to cover it.
But admittedly, we are concerned that Bandai is shifting its focus away from Gundam (or Gunpla) related releases. Although at the same time, we understand their need to diversify their business. Especially when, at the start of the year, we still have no word on a new upcoming RG or MG kit when we should already have some to look forward to preordering.
Anyways. We’ll be back again next Saturday (hopefully) with a new blog post. So do look forward to that!
