Why didn’t just talk about these instead last week…

HELLO! We are back!

In today’s 119^th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we would be again taking a look at the last few main retail releases that we missed. FINALLY, we are really glad to know that we would be finishing up on all the other few more upcoming releases so we can finally move on to talk about…some new P-Bandai releases on this coming Friday…haha

So without further ado, let us immediately get into it, shall we?

HG 1/144 Gundam Justice Knight (HGBD: R)

Release Date: 2019/10

Estimated price: JPY 1,700* (MYR RM 66.82* / USD $ 15.98* / EUR € 14.43*)

The Gundam Justice Knight.

This might be the only one out of all the HGBD: R kits that we kind of liked. Which a bit funny, because compared to the other kits from this Gundam Build Series, the HGBD: R Gundam Justice Knight is just an ok looking HG kit.

Which really says alot about the batch that we’ve seen here…

Even that said, the HGBD: R Gundam Justice Knight is still quite a bonkers kit. The fact that they turned the justice into…knight is really something else. Although admittedly, it does seem to us that they really tone down on the insanity here for this kit. Looking at it, we do have this strange nagging feeling that they could go all out, but they decided to just take it real easy with this one.

Which is why we really like this one, alot.

Although when we take a closer look at this kit, we do admit that there is alot of sections of this kit that we see here which does look quite familiar.

Why, well because the parts that are used for the HGBD: R Gundam Justice Knight does look like they used the same mold from the HG Seed line up, more specifically ones taken from the HG SEED infinite justice’s parts. We can tell by looking at some of the sections of the head unit, chest, waist, and the leg unit, that they just do some recolor to the HG SEED infinite Justice and as well added some new parts to it as aswell.

In which admittedly we do think that this wouldn’t be such an attractive kit without them badass parts. The new mold that is seen on the HGBD: R Gundam Justice Knight’s face place, shoulder armor, backpack unit, and the knee armor really makes the Gundam Justice Knight really looking like a fine Knight.

Even the weapons that are designed for the looks hella fine here. Frankly, we are a big fan of the lance thing there it does look quite a badass weapon.

However, when it comes down to color…that is something that we aren’t all that keen with. Especially the gold that is used on the shoulder armor, some sections on the leg and the knee armor. Although it does help to make the HGBD: R Gundam Justice Knight to look a lot more ‘knight-y’ but the gold that is used here is not something that we are that keen to work with, because looking at it we can already imagine all the bad nubs that we would be able to see here….

Regardless, we are still quite excited for this one, and hopefully, this might be the one that would help bring the Justice and the infinite justice into the mainline HG line up.

SD Valkylander (SDBD: R)

Release Date: 2019/11

One of the many things that we are quite thankful for ever since we started off with this new schedule is the fact that we could be able to make proper space to talk about them cute SD kit.

However today we are not going to be talking about some cute SD kit, we are instead will be talking about one of the most badass looking SD kits that we have seen in a long time. One that we feel that has one of the most unique looking SD kits that we’ve seen to date, one that we are quite surprised to know, is apart of the upcoming Gundam Build Diver: ReRise anime.

An SD kit designed to look like a freakking dragon,

Really, never in our wildest dreams that we would see the day that we would see an SD kit looking like this. A badass, and cute looking SD Valkylander. The one that all of us here immediately fallen in love with as soon as we saw it.

Why wouldn’t we be? We are all were left speechless when we saw it, it was really something different indeed. However, upon closer inspection, we do realize that there is some evidence that you can find an SD gundam in all of that awesomeness. However, since there isn’t any information about that SD Gundam that is apart of the SD Valkylander’s ass…so we really aren’t sure how the SD MS form will actually look like.

However, what we do know is that in the dragon form…the SD Valkylander looked like a real badass, a cute badass at that too.

and that is enough for all of us here to justify getting this.

Maybe it’ll make a good pet for all of us here…maybe…

Regardless, we are really glad that we do manage to finally end the retail news with something good this time around.
