Why isn’t this in the 00 anime? 

Hello! We are back! 

In today ‘s 200th edition (yay!) of our Let’s Talk Gunpla post, we will be taking a look at one surprise HG 00 announcement from the P-Bandai side. Yes, we are as shocked to see this as you guys here, because after the release of the HG GN-X IV P-Bandai has been quiet about releasing new kits under this HG 00 line-up. So we thought that they might not be as interested to continue releasing new kits under this HG line-up. 

But with this particular announcement made, it proves that it doesn’t seem like P-Bandai is ready to bury this particular HG line-up just yet. 

So, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we? 

HG 1/144 GNY-004 Gundam Plutone (HG00)

The Plutone.

If we were, to be honest, it is nice to see one of the most badass 00 Gundam manga designs finally getting the Gunpla treatment. Before this announcement, this was one of those 00 MS designs that we here never have imagined that it would see release as a Gunpla kit. 

Why?

Well, because unlike the other MS design from this series, the Plutone might be one of the MS that we here feel is a bit more of a challenge for them to design. Especially when considering that this design incorporates the use of the core fighter and as well not to mention it does have alot of long GN Cables at its back.

This is why we were so impressed by the design of the HG Plutone here because it looked exactly just like its Manga counterpart, shot per shot badass. It looked so good that we here was seriously considering saving up to get this one.

But the Plutone’s good looks aren’t the only thing that made us want to get the kit. Because we are quite curious to see how this kit would work in real life, especially all the GN Cables on Plutone’s back and as well to see how all of these long cables would affect the articulation for this HG kit.

But all in all, all we here hope for when we finally get this kit at the Homebase, is that we hope that the kit is as good as its badass looks. 

Because it would be a damn shame if this badass looking HG00 kit turns out to be a stinker.
