A familiar face makes a return

In today’s 208th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will continue our discussion on the quite recent Retail releases. Yes, we know that its a bit weird seeing this segment released today, but since Kimi is still taking the time to work on his NG Vayeate review, we would instead continue where we left off on last Saturday for today’s segment.
So, without further ado, let us get into it, shall we?

One of the best 00 Gundam redesigns in the whole Gundam Build Diver series is back again!
This Gundam Build Divers MS design that I never thought that I would see again making a return here. With the end of the 1st run of that particular series, we thought the arc for those characters as well reached its end.
Maybe we should’ve expected to see this making a return since technically they are from the same anime universe. But alas, it is nice to see it again, because we do admit the 00 sky was one of our favorite MS designs from that series.
But enough of our thoughts on the kit, we are sure you are here to read on our thoughts on this particular release.
To be honest with you guys here, after taking a long hard look at it, we do admit that this might be one of the best 00 sky variants that we’ve seen to date.
The best version of the 00 Sky made better
Even though much of the same base design of the 00 Sky was used here for this version, but there is alot of changes made to it as well. For one, there were changes made to this HGBD: R Unnamed 00 sky variants color scheme and parts. Yes, they made some changes to some of the parts. Which funnily enough we only noticed after writing and comparing this version to its HGBD ‘Higher than Skyphase’ version.
However, the change that we here find to be one of the most interesting is on this version of the 00 Sky’s weapons. Because even though it still comes with the same handheld beam rifle, albeit with one extra one added in for this version. But the only difference here is that they changed some elements of how the attached weapons on the back 00 Sky’s shoulder armor works.
You can use the ‘attached at the 00 Sky’s back shoulder armor’ weapons individually as a beam sword or…
Because this time they made both of the attachment works as an attachment for the beam rifle to turn both of them into one badass looking long beam rifle or, you can as well use them individually as a badass looking beam sword.
Admittedly, the weapons design for this version is a step up from the earlier version of this variant.
Or you can attach it to the beam rifle to turn it into a long beam rifle
We are quite excited about this particular HGBD release, and we do admit that we are looking forward to this release this coming November!
