Hopefully, it’ll be easier to get these.
HELLO! We are back!
In today’s 454th edition of our Let’s Talk Gunpla segment, we will be taking the time to talk about some new Retail The Witch from Mercury Gunpla support items for the HGTWFM kits.
So, without further ado. Let us get into it, shall we?
Action Base 6 [Clear Color] Mobile Suit Gundam The Witch From Mercury Seal Set

If you’re a fan of The Witch from Mercury anime and if you are as well an avid collector of the HGTWFM kits. Well, you’re in luck!
Because Bandai just announced The Witch From Mercury exclusive Action Base display stands.
What makes these Action Base 6 stands interesting is that the stand looked like figurine stands more than Gunpla stands. But we are not saying that these stands would be useless. Because some of us have experienced using these kinds of display stands to display our Gunplas before, it’s not ideal, but it is possible to use figurine stands to display your Gunplas.
Why these kinds of stands aren’t ideal, you ask?
Unlike the specialized made-for-Gunpla display stands bases, we have experienced that we can’t angle this kind of display stand a certain way without straining the hinges and destabilizing them. But even with that said, you can still pull off some badass poses on these stands, but only on fixed positions.

But despite its limitations, we admit that these stands looked pretty good. We love how the character stickers look on the base of the Action Base 6 display stand, and we love that Bandai included all four character base stickers in one Action Base 6 display stand release. It makes life easier for fans of specific characters to know they’ll get the one they want. Also, we feel it would help to discourage scalpers from hoarding character-specific stands since there are no specific character stands.
All in all, we are looking forward to getting this stand. Hopefully, it would be easier to get than some HGTWFM kits.
And that concludes our 454th edition of the Let’s Talk Gunpla segment. It’s nice to see something good coming from the Retail side. Even though it might not yet be a Gunpla release announcement, it is still one that we’re excited about here.
And yes, we are aware that P-Bandai just announced a new HGAOZ kit, and worry not, we will be talking about it in the upcoming blog post.
Anyways. We’ll be back again next Saturday (hopefully) with a new blog post. Do look forward to that!
